Absolutely. All RTG Maintenance professionals are fully qualified, insured, and DBS-checked for peace of mind.

What are your operating hours?

Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM. We offer 24 hour Saturday and Sunday services upon request.

Do you offer emergency repairs?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency maintenance services for critical issues like leaks, electrical faults, boiler breakdowns, and property damage.

 

How soon can you attend?

We strive for same-day or next-day service, especially for urgent repairs. Contact us as early as possible for best availability.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on the nature of the job, materials required, and time involved. We provide transparent, itemised quotes before any work begins.

 

Do you charge a call-out fee?

A small call-out fee may apply for inspections or emergencies, but this is typically waived if you proceed with the service.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major debit/credit cards, and business invoicing for regular clients.

Definitely. We offer property inspections, end-of-tenancy maintenance, and ongoing support to landlords and estate agents.

How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

You can reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes. Our Gas Safe registered engineers are qualified to install, repair, and service boilers and gas appliances.
